Complete Digital Services for Small Businesses

There’s a lot that can be said about working with Craig Nicholls of ParadisiumTek — dedicated, knowledgeable, reliable, and above all, a man of his word. His sharp technical expertise is matched only by his light‑hearted sense of humor, which somehow makes the entire website development process far more enjoyable.

For the past three years, Craig and I have collaborated on SXMPOKERRUN.com. What began as a simple website has grown into a shared passion project. Despite the evolving scope, Craig has always treated both the project — and me — with the level of commitment and attention you would expect from someone managing a top‑tier client.

I often receive updates from him as early as 4:00 a.m., because once an issue or error is identified, he wants it resolved immediately. Changes are handled quickly, feedback is taken seriously, and there is a genuine sense of pride behind the work he produces.

What truly sets Craig apart is that he brings far more to the table than website design. His years of research and his experience as a business owner in the tourism sector give him a real understanding of what customers are looking for and how they interact with a business online.

He doesn’t simply build a website and walk away. He studies the analytics, observes how visitors use the site, identifies areas for improvement, and continually makes adjustments to help the website perform better — and most importantly — get seen.

That combination of technical knowledge, business insight, and genuine dedication is rare.

I look forward to continuing our working relationship — and the laughs — as we keep developing the website and growing our annual event, SXM Poker Run.

I have had the pleasure of working with Craig Nicholls, the owner of Paradisiumtek, for over seven years, and it has been an excellent experience.

Craig is calm, understanding, creative, and truly takes the time to understand my business and its needs. He has designed our website, logo, and social media materials, always creating unique and personalized designs that reflect our business identity.

What I appreciate most is that Craig offers more than just design. He provides valuable consulting and honest advice, helping me make the best decisions when bringing an idea to life.

After seven years, I continue to appreciate his professionalism, creativity, and personal approach. I highly recommend Paradisiumtek to any business looking for someone who genuinely understands their vision and brings it to life.
